Digital Spring Cleaning 2026

The ‘Digital Spring Cleaning’ campaign day took place on the topic, "Refresh your website and run an SEO check."🚀

This event targeted all JLU staff members who specifically wanted to improve their website while also learning about and becoming more aware of search engine optimization (SEO).

The day’s program focused on practical insights into the world of search engine optimization. The Web Relaunch team played a central role; they presented their ongoing project and guided participants step by step through the SEO check. Thanks to their expertise and dedicated support, even less experienced users were able to successfully optimize their websites. We would like to take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Web Relaunch team for their tremendous dedication and the expertise they brought to the event.

With around 65 participants, the event generated significant interest. Together, over 80 websites were reviewed and optimized throughout the day—an impressive result that demonstrates how much can be achieved with focused effort and the right know-how.

Since its inception in 2022, the Digital Transformation Office has been inviting people to get actively involved at the start of spring. In 2023, it was all about cleaning up the digital filing system, and on the 2024 action day, over 1,000 outdated weblinks were tracked down and removed together. In 2025 the focus was on IT security.
