Project M7

The introduced nanoscale adhesive carrier systems for bone therapeutics based on dendritic glycopolymers and polyelectrolyte complexes will be further developed regarding retention properties, applicability at bone substituting materials and in nanogels, and defined cell internalization. Switchable polymers will be synthesized, additional proteins, lipids and biocrosslinkers used, and new drugs and their multicomponent mixtures be released. In addition to established methods, novel chromatography coupled and 3D-resolving techniques for the in-vitro and in-vivo analytics will be applied.
