Forschungskolloquium der GGS-Sektion Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management

Save the date: Am Donnerstag, 13.07.2023, um 14 Uhr, findet ein Forschungskolloquium in Präsenz im Raum 031 (Licher Straße 68) statt. Im Rahmen der Kolloquiums werden Frau Julia Heimrich (JLU, Sozialpsychologie) und Frau Lena Nüchter (JLU, GCSC) ihre aktuellen Forschungsprojekte vorstellen. 

1) Julia Heimrich, "The Relevance of Extraversion and Need-To-Belong for the Development of Social Identification"

Bio:Julia Heimrich hat sowohl ihr Bachelor- als auch Masterstudium an der Johann-Wolfgang Goethe Universität in Frankfurt absolviert (Abschluss 2022). Hierbei waren ihre Schwerpunkte Klinische Psychologie und Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie. Während ihres Studiums war sie als studentische Hilfskraft in der Abteilung Sozialpsychologie tätig. Seit März 2023 ist sie Doktorandin in der Abteilung Sozialpsychologie unter der Betreuung von Prof. Dr. Jan Häusser. Ihre Forschungsinteressen drehen sich hierbei um Soziale Identifikation und Stress, sowie mit dem Zusammenhang von Arbeit, Gesundheit und Erholung.

2) Lena Nüchter, “Deghosting” the Employer: Forms and Functions of Career/Biographical Stories in Expert Discussions of Graduate Hirings

Bio: Lena Nuechter is a PhD researcher based at the International Graduate Centre for the Study of Culture at Justus-Liebig-Universität in Giessen. She has been a Visiting Research Student at the University of Southampton’s School of Education. Her PhD project "Transforming Transitions. Extracting and Enhancing Humanities Employability" discusses humanities graduates' labour market transitions from standpoints of higher education studies and sociologies of valuation. She is currently interested in mapping more closely the role employers take in graduate employability, and is to this end analysing interviews with managers and HR staff.
