Sophos update issues on macOS
You can quickly resolve the issue with just a few clicks by following these instructions:
- Click on the Apple logo at the top left.
- From the menu that opens, select System Preferences...
- Navigate to Privacy & Security in the list on the left.
- Then click on Full Disk Access in the list on the right.
- Now select the Sophos Updater from the list of programs.
- Enable the permission by moving the slider to the right.
- If needed, you may be asked to confirm with your password or authenticate via Touch ID.
After this, Sophos Endpoint should be able to update again.
