Mineral Collection of the Chemistry Department

The chemistry department established an extensive mineral collection in the 1960s. They originally displayed it in the lecture hall, but it has been in storage in recent decades. The Hermann Hoffman Academy took over this collection in 2021. They are working on it as part of student exhibitions, for example, in the exercise Knowledge Transfer: Exhibiting Scientific Objects from JLU Collections.
